Mike is just one of the many volunteers who enjoyed meeting people at the fair. Many people wanted to talk to a Libertarian after both Mike Munger and Bob Barr have gotten exposure in the papers and on TV, recently.

Coincidence fit for a movie...?

The Dixie Classic provided a special treat. High school student, Munger fan, and movie producer Haley West showed up to greet Mike. Pictured below with her friend and cameraman person, they were surprised to find their hero manning the booth.

Jim Brady muggs with Mike Munger, while wife Charmaine minds the store.

Jim Brady wanted to meet Dr. Munger, so he called the campaign early in the week to find out Dr. Mike's schedule. Mike looked him up at Mr. Brady's coffee shop.

Brady and wife, Charmaine Daum, intend to set up a permanent coffee shop when they return home to Marion county. Charmaine, meanwhile, gave Dr. Munger a dollar with a story. She got this particular dollar in the mail (yes, the U.S. Mail!). It was from an unnamed (Republican) Senate candidate. Charmaine decided that Dr. Munger's campaign could make the best use of this dollar. ...and, indeed we will. If we get 49 more like that, we'll have to list E. D. as an official donor.
